Gary McCausland is an established property developer,
businessman and now a successful television presenter
— having fronted three series of Five's 'How to
be a Property Developer'. The programme follows the
progress of two couples as they try to cut it as property
developers. Each couple is given £300,000, 12
months, and a completely free reign over what to buy.
Gary also presents Five's Property Developing Abroad,
regularly appears on Sky News and BBC News 24 as an
expert commentator and is current writing a book 'How
to Make a Million from Property' (due to published early
2008).
Gary is the founder and Managing Director of London
based Richland Developments, and co-founder of Soho's
award-winning Kingly Club.
Belfast-born Gary remains very grounded; ever inspired
by those people who have achieved against the odds.
Still in his thirties and having worked the corporate
scene for over ten years, he now lives in London, actively
involved in the companies he has created and close to
friends and contacts in the business.
Available for conference and keynote speaking, Gary
shares his experiences, expertise and unique take on
the world of business. He is also available for live
presenting and awards hosting.
Gary McCausland's Property Power
